After twenty-three years of experience in the kitchens of the most prestigious kitchens in Madrid, Hotel Ritz, Club 31 Restaurant, NH Hotels, Sol Hotels, Club De Golf La Forge, etc. Emilio Rodenas decided to take the leap into the wonderful land of Andalucia where he’d worked like chef in “La marisquería de Santiago” of Marbella, and various golf clubs in Marbella and Casares.
